These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LeadsFlows AI ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the LeadsFlows AI platform, including all features, tools, and services offered therein.
By registering for an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
LeadsFlows AI is a cloud-based lead management and CRM platform that includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 16 years old to use LeadsFlows AI. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or breach of security. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that use false or misleading information.
Each individual user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or restrictions is prohibited.
You agree not to use LeadsFlows AI to:
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) as described on our pricing page. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Basic plan is provided free of charge subject to the usage limits described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 60 days' notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period ends.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform, including lead information, notes, form responses, and other content ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over Your Content.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content and your use of the platform complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar). This includes obtaining appropriate consent from individuals whose data you store in the CRM.
You may export your lead data as a CSV at any time from within the platform. We strongly recommend regular exports as backups.
The LeadsFlows AI platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.
All feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
The platform may integrate with or allow connection to third-party services (e.g., OpenAI). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadsFlows AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadsFlows AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the platform at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
